How it works
1.    Once the booking is received, Engine Professionals Garage Network's customer service team will book your vehicle into one of our garages on your preferred date.
2.    We will collect or recover your vehicle directly to our repair partner.
3.    You pay Engine Professionals for the Engine, Gearbox or required components prior to shipping. Our prices include delivery charges and collection charges for your old unit being returned.
4.    We will ship your required engine, gearbox or other components directly to our repair partner.
5.    We will contact you to confirm all of the details and estimated time of completion.
6.    Upon arrival of your vehicle you will be contacted and receive a status update
7.    We will liase directly with our Repair Partner throughout the repair process and keep you updated regularly
8.    We will contact you for authorisation if any additional works are required prior to them being undertaken ensuring you have no nasty surprises when the job is complete.
9.    Once the work has been completed you can collect (or arrange delivery of) your vehicle from our Repair Partner and settle the account for their invoice directly.
10.    Once completed our Customer Service Team will contact you to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.
11.    Your warranty is valid immediately after works are completed and your warranty documentation will be E-mailed to you on the day of completion. Alternatively you can request policy documents to be sent by post which normally take 3-5 working days.
12.    Should you have any issues or warranty claims contact us directly and we will assist you just call us on 08700 842907.
